Fine-grained, high performance repairing mortar
KRAFT FINE REPAIR is one component cementitious mortar for repairing concrete. Due to its fine aggregates, it can be also used as the final layer before painting the surface. It presents high water repellency. It meets the minimum requirements defined by ΕΝ 1504-3 for structural mortars of Class R3. KRAFT FINE REPAIR is suitable for repairing and smoothing small defects (corners, edges etch) of the concrete as well as for filling rigid joints and crackings.

Trowel, spatula, rendering machine
Dry to touch
Substrate must be sound, clean, and free from oil, grease, loose material, surface contaminants and other bond-inhibiting materials.
» Saturate the substrate with water or prime with KRAFT POWDER BOND.
» Pour 5.0-6.5Kg water, depending on the preferred workability, in a suitable empty container and add slowly while stirring KRAFT FINE REPAIR mortar (25Kg) by using an electric mixer at low speed. Mix to uniform consistency (approx. 3 minutes).
» The mortar may be applied with a trowel, spatula or a rendering machine. No form-work is required, even on vertical surfaces and ceilings, and the maximum applicable thickness per layer is 15mm. Final smoothness could be achieved by using plastic or metallic trowel.
» Pot life of the mixture: 35-45min at 25°C.
» Cleaning: Immediately after use, wash the tools with hot water and soap or detergent, along with product residues. Once it has set, cleaning may only be carried out by mechanical means.
» Do not apply at temperatures below 10oC and above 30oC as well as at relative humidity (RH) levels above 80%.
» Do not add cement or other inert materials to KRAFT FINE REPAIR mortar.
» Do not add water once the mix has started to set.
» Protect from rain, humidity and water contact for 24 hours after application.
» Protect newly applied material from direct sunlight, hot or strong wind and high temperatures.
» Stored for 12 months by the production date in its close and sealed packages, in dry and cool condition preferably on pallets.
