INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
The canisters should be left in room conditions for 12 hours at least before use. Shake the canister for 15 seconds before use.
» Moistening of the surfaces and the uncured foam with a water sprayer improves adhesion and curing speed. The substrate should be clean and free of dust. Fit the gun on the adapter. Hold the canister upside-down and extrude the foam by pressing the valve. Gaps have to be filled partially up to 65% as the foam will expand.
» Repeat shaking regularly during application.
» Cleaning: Fresh foam can be removed directly with suit-able cleaner or acetone. After curing the surplus of the foam can only be removed mechanically. Proper cleaning of gun after each use guarantees its long life.
» Not recommended for application on Teflon, PP or silicones and for permanent immersion in water.
» Cured PU foam must be protected from UV radiation by applying a top layer of emulsion paint.

STORAGE

» Store canisters upright at temperatures between 5ºC and 35ºC. Shelf life of at least 12 months.
» The canisters should not be exposed at temperatures higher than 50ºC.
