Special impregnation oil for hard wood
Kraft Teak & Deck Oil is a polyurethane modified special blend of natural oils, enhanced with wax and UV filters. Ideal for the preservation and freshening of hard or exotic woods such as teak, iroko, bangkirai, oak, mahogany such as niangon & meranti and bare wood. Ideal for garden or terrace furniture, pergolas, fences and wooden boat decks. It fills the pores of the wood in depth, prevents the penetration of water and has great resistance to extreme weather conditions. When used systematically, it nourishes the wood giving it increased resistance to climate change and fading.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
The surface must be dry and free of dust, other resin residues or oils. Remove any loose or peeled varnish. Varnished wood must first be cleaned with the paint stripper Kraft Remover. The surfaces must be sanded with the appropriate sandpaper (recommended No. 120) to obtain a dull finish. Wet sanding is recommended where possible. Avoid dust generation and exposure to it.
If protection against insects or fungi is required, first apply a layer of Kraft Wood Care preservative.
» Wooden surface must be dry. Don’t paint in case of rain within 48
hours after the final coat.
» Do not apply in the sun.
» Ready to use
» Stir well before painting and apply one coat of Kraft Teak & Deck Oil along the wood.
» You can recoat the surface after at least 24 hours.
» After 5 minutes, when applying the 2nd coat, remove excess material using a dry cloth along the wood.
» On woods exposed to harsh weather conditions, apply 2 coats of Kraft Teak & Deck Oil.
» If the wood has a very high absorbency, an additional layer may be required up to full saturation.
» You can apply the material to the surface using a brush or cloth along the wood.
» Surface drying in 2-3 hours at 25°C and relative humidity 60%. Drying time is affected by weather conditions.
» The final shade of the wood depends on its original color and age.
» Avoid application at temperatures lower than 5°C or higher than 35°C and relative humidity greater than 65%.
AFTER USE INSTRUCTIONS
» Clean the tools thoroughly with Kraft Brush Solvent.
» Close the bucket well to maintain in good condition for future use.
» For maintenance and freshening, repeat the application once per year.
» Store the product before and after opening at temperatures 5ºC to 35ºC.
